Oculina is the proposed mixed-use project for the redevelopment of the 3700 Broadway property in Riviera Beach. Forest Development envisions condominiums with resort style amenities, a cafe, fast casual and fine dining restaurants, retail and office, comparable to their Nautilus 220 development under construction just to the north.
